  "text": "(1) Sections 37 and 40 have effect in relation to times before 1 January 2027 as if subsection (1) of each of those sections included a reference to—\n(a) section 7 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 (sale of tobacco, etc. to persons under eighteen);\n(b) section 91 of the Children and Families Act 2014 (purchase of tobacco etc. on behalf of under 18s).\n(2) Sections 38 and 41 have effect in relation to times before 1 January 2027 as if they included a reference to section 91 of the Children and Families Act 2014 (purchase of tobacco etc. on behalf of under 18s).",
