  "heading": "Ban on manufacture of snus etc",
  "text": "(1) It is an offence to manufacture a relevant oral tobacco product.\n(2) In subsection (1) “relevant oral tobacco product” means a tobacco product that—\n(a) is intended for oral use,\n(b) is not intended to be inhaled or chewed, and\n(c) consists wholly or partly of tobacco in powder or particulate form.\n(3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding the general limit in a magistrates’ court, or a fine, or both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or a fine, or both.",
