  "text": "After Article 4D of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (S.I. 1978/1907 (N.I. 26)) (inserted by section 76 of this Act) insert—\n“Snus etc\nBan on manufacture of snus etc\n4E (1) It is an offence to manufacture a relevant oral tobacco product.\n(2) In paragraph (1) “relevant oral tobacco product” means a tobacco product that—\n(a) is intended for oral use,\n(b) is not intended to be inhaled or chewed, and\n(c) consists wholly or partly of tobacco in powder or particulate form.\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under this Article is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or a fine, or both.”",
