  "text": "(1) It is an offence for a person to have a relevant oral tobacco product in their possession with intent to supply it to another in the course of business.\n(2) In subsection (1) “relevant oral tobacco product” has the meaning given by section 7(2).\n(3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding the general limit in a magistrates’ court, or a fine, or both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or a fine, or both.",
