  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may by regulations prohibit a person from doing the following in the course of business—\n(a) publishing an image of the retail packaging of a relevant product from which it is possible to tell that the requirements of regulations under section 94 have not been complied with;\n(b) publishing an image of a relevant product from which it is possible to tell that the requirements of regulations under section 95 have not been complied with;\n(c) causing the publication of an image of the kind mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).\n(2) In this section “relevant product” means—\n(a) a tobacco product,\n(b) a tobacco related device,\n(c) a herbal smoking product,\n(d) cigarette papers,\n(e) filters,\n(f) a vaping product, or\n(g) a nicotine product.\n(3) Regulations under this section are subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.",
