# The Tobacco Products (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 12th June 2003
Coming into force 1st August 2003
The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 7(1)(a) of the Tobacco Products Duty Act 1979, and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations:
