# The Tobermory Harbour Empowerment Order 2017, Article 28: Charges


(1) The Company may demand, take and recover such reasonable charges for any services and facilities provided by it or on its behalf in relation to the harbour as the Company may from time to time determine.
(2) In this article “charges” means any charges other than ship, passenger and goods dues.
