  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 23rd April 1969\nComing into Operation 1st May 1969\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 23rd day of April 1969\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 8 of the Tokyo Convention Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
