# The Tokyo Convention Act 1967 (Jersey) Order 1969, Note: Explanatory note


This Order extends the Tokyo Convention Act 1967 to the Bailiwick of Jersey with exceptions, adaptations and modifications (apart from section 2 (provisions as to extradition) which applies of its own force).
