# Tokyo Convention Act 1967 (repealed 17.7.1997), Section 8: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Her Majesty may by Order in Council direct that such of the provisions of this Act . . . as may be specified in the Order shall extend, with such . . . modifications as may be so specified, to any of the Channel Islands, to the Isle of Man or to any other territory outside the United Kingdom for the international relations of which Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom are responsible.
(2) Any Order in Council made under this section may be varied or revoked by a subsequent Order in Council so made.
