  "text": "This Order revokes and replaces the Tokyo Convention (Certification of Countries) Order 1971. It certifies in which countries the Convention on Offences and certain other Acts Committed on board Aircraft, signed in Tokyo on 14th September 1963, is for the time being in force. Under section 7(1) of the Tokyo Convention Act 1967 this Order is conclusive evidence of the matters certified.",
