  "text": "(1) The parish of Ryarsh is divided into two wards named respectively—\n(a) Leybourne Grange;\n(b) Ryarsh Village.\n(2) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(3) One councillor is to be elected for Leybourne Grange ward.\n(4) Six councillors are to be elected for Ryarsh Village ward.",
