# The Torfaen (Communities) Order 2013, Article 8: Upper Cwmbran and Pontnewydd – Changes to Community Areas and Consequential Changes to Electoral Arrangements


The part of the community of Upper Cwmbran shown hatched on Map 5—
(a) is transferred to the community of Pontnewydd;
(b) forms part of the Mount Pleasant ward of the community of Pontnewydd; and
(c) forms part of the electoral division of Pontnewydd.
