  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nBy article 3 this Order transfers to the Commission for the New Towns (“the Commission”) any property, rights and liabilities of the Tower Hamlets Housing Action Trust (“the Trust”) on 31st March 2004, with savings (in article 3(2)) for any such property, rights and liabilities which the Trust has notified to the Commission as being necessary for the purpose of preparing its final account and report and winding up its affairs and (in article 3(3)) for property, rights and liabilities, similarly notified, in certain land for redevelopment as part of the fulfilment of the Trust’s objects. Any property, rights and liabilities thus retained by the Trust are finally transferred to the Commission (by article 3(5)) on 30th June 2004, and on that date (by article 6) the Trust is dissolved. Associated functions of the Trust are similarly transferred.\nThe Order also confers (by article 4) additional purposes on the Commission to enable it to carry out those functions and eventually to dispose of the transferred property etc. of the Trust.\nBy article 7, the Order revokes the Tower Hamlets Housing Action Trust (Area and Constitution) Order 1993 (S.I. 1993/1636).",
