Article 8
For article 12 there shall be substituted—
“12No person shall cause any vehicle to enter those parts of the carriageway of Commercial Road which lie immediately north and immediately south of the northernmost island sites situate in that road or that part of the carriageway of East India Dock Road which lies south of the island site situated in that road from the junctions of Burdett Road, Commercial Road, East India Dock Road and West India Dock Road.”.
