# Town and Country Planning Act 1932, Section 45: Saving for Postmaster-General.


The expression " Act of Parliament " in section seven of the 41 & 42 Vict. c. 76.Telegraph Act, 1878 (which makes provision as to work done in pursuance of Acts of Parliament which involves alteration in telegraphic lines), shall be construed as including a scheme under this Act.
