Section 58 Short title, commencement and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Town and Country Planning Act, 1932, and, except as otherwise expressly provided, shall come into operation on the first day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-three.

(2)

This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
