  "heading": "No withdrawal of constructive notice to treat",
  "text": "Without prejudice to the provisions of subsection (1) of section one hundred and forty-four of this Act, the power conferred by section thirty-one of the Land Compensation Act, 1961, to withdraw a notice to treat shall not be exercisable in the case of a notice to treat which is deemed to have been served by virtue of any of the provisions of this Part of this Act.",
