Section 174 Special provisions as to display of advertisements on operational land

(1)

The provisions of this Part of this Act specified in the next following subsection do not apply in relation to the display of advertisements on operational land of statutory undertakers.

(2)

The said provisions are sections one hundred and fifty-nine to one hundred and sixty-two and subsections (1) and (3) of section one hundred and seventy of this Act.
