  "heading": "Expenses of government departments",
  "text": "(1) The following expenses of the Minister shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament, that is to say.—\n(a) any expenses incurred by the Minister in the making of grants in accordance with regulations made under section one hundred and eighty-four of this Act;\n(b) any sums necessary to enable the Minister to make any payments becoming payable by him under Part VI or Part VII of this Act or under section two hundred and nine thereof;\n(c) any expenses incurred by the Minister under subsection (3) of section forty-four of this Act, or in the payment of expenses of any committee established under section thirty-four of this Act;\n(d) subject to the provisions of subsection (4) of the next following section, any instalment payable by the Minister under subsections (2) and (3) of that section ;\n(e) any administrative expenses incurred by the Minister for the purposes of this Act.\n(2) Any expenses incurred by the Minister of Transport under Part IX of this Act shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament.\n(3) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament any expenses incurred by any government department (including the Minister and the Minister of Transport)—\n(a) in the acquisition of land under Part V of this Act;\n(b) in the payment of compensation under subsection (4) of section seventy of this Act, under subsection (2) of section one hundred and seventy thereof, or under section two hundred and twelve thereof ;\n(c) under paragraph (b) of subsection (5) of section eighty two of this Act; or\n(d) under section one hundred and eighty-eight of this Act:\nProvided that this subsection shall not apply to any expenses incurred by the Postmaster-General.",
