  "text": "Without prejudice to the last preceding section, and subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-two of this Act, any sums received by the Minister—\n(a) under any provision of this Act, or\n(b) in respect of the payment of a development charge,\nshall be paid into the Exchequer.",
