Section 223 Savings, transitional provisions and repeals

(1)

The savings and transitional provisions contained in the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Schedules to this Act shall have effect.

(2)

Subject to the provisions of those Schedules, the enactments specified in the Fifteenth Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
