  "text": "In section 2(2) of the 1952 c. 54.Town Development Act 1952 (Exchequer contributions towards specified expenses incurred by the council of a county district in connection with town development), after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—\n“(cc) expenses of providing buildings and other works for social, cultural or recreational purposes”.",
