  "heading": "Provision that may be made by a street vote development order",
  "text": "(1) A street vote development order may make provision in relation to—\n(a) all land in the street area specified in the order,\n(b) any part of that land, or\n(c) a site in that area specified in the order.\n(2) A street vote development order may only provide for the granting of planning permission for any development that—\n(a) is prescribed development or development of a prescribed description or class,\n(b) is not excluded development, and\n(c) satisfies any further prescribed conditions.\n(3) A street vote development order may make different provision for different purposes.",
