# The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of this Order is The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2014 and it comes into force on 1 September 2014.
(2) This Order applies to all land in Wales.
