Laid before Parliament 3rd March 1997
Coming into force 24th March 1997
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 12, 26, 31, 36, 37(4), 38(5), 53 and 336(1) of, and paragraph 4 of Part 1 and paragraph 17 of Part II of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf hereby make the following regulations—
