# The Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1994, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and County Planning General Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 31st October 1994.
(2) In this Order “the 1988 Order” means the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988.
