# The Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1994, Article 3: Consultations before the grant of permission


In article 18 of the 1988 Order (consultations before the grant of permission)—
(a) in paragraph (i) of the table, for “British Coal Corporation”, substitute “Coal Authority” in each place where it occurs;
(b) omit paragraph (k) of the table.
