# The Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1991, Article 12: Savings


The amendments made to the 1988 Order by articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 11 of this Order shall not apply in relation to applications made before 2nd January 1992.
