# The Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1991, Article 7: Established use certificates


In article 29 of the 1988 Order (established use certificates)—
(a) in paragraph (8), for “and (2)” substitute “, (2) and (3)”;
(b) delete paragraph (9).
