Article 2 Permitted development

In article 3 of the 1988 Order (permitted development), before paragraph (9) insert—

“(8A)

Except as provided in Part 31 thereof, Schedule 2 does not authorise any development which requires or involves the demolition of a building, but in this paragraph “building” does not include part of a building.”
