Article 12 Transitionals

Changes not yet applied. Later legislation changes this provision in ways not yet written into the text below:

(1)

The amendments made to the 1988 Order by article 4 shall not apply to applications for planning permission made before the date of coming into force of this Order.

(2)

The amendments made to the 1988 Order by articles 8 and 9 shall not apply where the local planning authority has given the applicant notice before the date of coming into force of this Order.
