Article 3 Mineral exploration

In Part 22 of Schedule 2 to the 1988 Order—

(a)

in paragraph B delete “during a period not exceeding 4 months”;

(b)

in paragraph B.2(b), after “unless” insert “specified in detail in the notification referred to in paragraph B.1(b) or”;

(c)

after paragraph B.2(d) insert—

“(e)

the development shall cease no later than a date 6 months after the elapse of the relevant period, unless the mineral planning authority have otherwise agreed in writing.”.
