# The Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) (No. 6) Order 1992, Article 5: Applications made under planning condition


In article 24 of the 1988 Order, after “other than an application for approval of reserved matters” insert “or an application for approval under Part 24 of Schedule 2”.
