Laid before Parliament 14th April 1987
Coming into force 5th May 1987
The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24, 36(2) and 287(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
