  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1988/1813 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nTOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 30th November 1988\nLaid before Parliament 2nd December 1988\nComing into force 5th December 1988\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 24 and 287(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following order—",
