# The Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) Order 1991, Article 7: Development by telecommunications code system operators


After paragraph A.1.(g) of Part 24 of Schedule 2 to the 1988 Order (development by telecommunications code system operators) insert–
“(h) it would consist of the installation, alteration or replacement of system apparatus within the meaning of section 8(6) of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989.”.
