  "long_title": "This Order amends the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988. Permitted development rights relating to the setting up and the maintenance, improvement or other alteration of facilities for the collection of tolls are introduced into Schedule 2 to the 1988 Order. In respect of article 1(5) land (National Parks, areas of outstanding natural beauty and conservation areas etc) there is a requirement for the developer to apply for a determination as to whether the prior approval of the local planning authority is required to the siting, design and external appearance of the proposed facilities for the collection of tolls.",
