Article 31 Revocations and savings

The statutory instruments specified in Schedule 7 hereto are hereby revoked.

Any direction made by a local highway authority under article 12 of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1977^f1 shall cease to have effect except insofar as it relates to applications made before the date of coming into force of this order.
