# The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (England) Order 2002, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (England) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st July 2002.
(2) This Order extends to England only.
