Coming into force 1st July 2002
The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 59, 69 and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
