Article 7 Applications relating to county matters

In article 12—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

for “A County” substitute “Subject to paragraph (1A), a county”; and

(ii)

for “14” substitute “21”; and

(b)

after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

Paragraph (1) does not prevent a county planning authority determining an application if before the end of the period referred to in that paragraph—

(a)

the authority have received recommendations concerning the application from the district planning authority; or

(b)

the district planning authority gives notice that they do not intend to make recommendations.”.
