Article 1 Citation, commencement and application

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order shall come into force on 10th May 2006.

Articles 3 and 6 shall come into force on 10th August 2006.

This Order applies in relation to England only.
