Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)
The First Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 55(2A) and (2B), 59, 61(1), 61A, 69, 78 of, and paragraph 1(1) and (2) of Schedule 4A to, the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, makes the following Order:
