  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995. It introduces a requirement to consult, in England, the Sports Council for England and in Wales, the Sports Council for Wales, before the grant of planning permission for development which may have a detrimental effect on the provision of playing fields.",
