Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st July 1997.

In this Order—

  • “the 1995 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995f1.
