  "text": "TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, WALES\nMade 18th July 2002\nComing into force 1st August 2002\nThe National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 59, 61(1), 65, 69, 71, 73(3), 74, 77(4), 78, 79(4), 188, 193, 196(4), and 333(7) of, and paragraphs 5, 6, 7(6) and 8(6) of Schedule 1 to, the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and now exercisable by it and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
