# The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation, commencement, application and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2004 and comes into force on 1 September 2004.
(2) This Order applies to Wales.
(3) In this Order, “the 1995 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995.
