In article 1(2) of the 1995 Order, for the definition of “environmental information” and “environmental statement” substitute—

• ““EIA development”, “environmental information” and “environmental statement” have the same meanings respectively as in regulation 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999”^f1.
