# The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Welsh Forms) Order 1995, Note: Explanatory note

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn pennu fersiynau Cymraeg o'r ffurflenni a bennwyd gan Atodlenni 1 i 4 Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gweithdrefn Datblygu Cyffredinol) 1995 y gellir eu defnyddio mewn perthynas â thir yng Nghymru, sef—
(a) llythyr i'w anfon gan awdurdod cynllunio lleol at y ceisydd pan ddaw cais i law am ganiatâd cynllunio neu am dystysgrif defnydd neu ddatblygiad cyfreithlon (Rhan 1 Atodlen 1)
(b) hysbysiad i'w anfon at geisydd pan fydd awdurdod cynllunio lleol yn gwrthod caniatâd cynllunio neu'n ei roi yn ddarostyngedig i amodau (Rhan 2 Atodlen 1)
(c) hysbysiadau o gais neu apêl am ganiatâd cynllunio i'w cyhoeddi gan geisydd mewn papur newydd neu i'w cyflwyno i berchennog neu denant (Rhan 1 Atodlen 2)
(d) tystysgrifau i'w defnyddio gyda cheisiadau ac apelau am ganiatâd cynllunio sy'n gysylltiedig â pherchnogaeth tir a hysbysiad i'w roi i denant amaethyddol (Rhan 2 Atodlen 2)
(e) hysbysiadau i'w cyhoeddi gan yr awdurdod cynllunio lleol i roi cyhoeddusrwydd i geisiadau am ganiatâd cynllunio (Atodlen 3)
(f) tystysgrif defnydd neu ddatblygiad cyfreithlon (Atodlen 4) (This note is not part of the Order)
This Order prescribes Welsh versions of the forms prescribed by Schedules 1 to 4 to the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 which may be used in respect of land in Wales. The forms are—
(a) letter to be sent by a local planning authority to the applicant on receipt of an application for planning permission or certificate of lawful use or development (Part 1 of Schedule 1)
(b) notification to be sent to an applicant when a local planning authority refuse planning permission or grant it subject to conditions (Part 2 of Schedule 1)
(c) notices of an application or appeal for planning permission to be published by an applicant in a newspaper or served on an owner or tenant (Part 1 of Schedule 2)
(d) certificates for use with applications and appeals for planning permission relating to ownership of land and notice to be given to an agricultural tenant (Part 2 of Schedule 2)
(e) notices issued by the local planning authority to publicise applications for planning permission (Schedule 3)
(f) certificate of lawful use of development (Schedule 4)
